BIRKHMAN – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By engaging with Birkhman’s services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Birkhman specializes in Cyber Security, fraud prevention, and fund recovery services. Our expertise covers areas such as Crypto scams, Stock scams, Forex scams, and financial fraud. We aim to assist clients in recovering lost funds resulting from online scams and fraudulent activities.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients engaging with Birkhman’s services are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to the fraud incident, including but not limited to transaction details, communication records, and any other relevant documentation.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Only after a successful retrieval of the total/partial amount, you will be subject to a 5% fee as per Birkhman consulting legal fee’s and services. Payment terms are outlined in the specific Fund Recovery Services Agreement signed between the client and Birkhman.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Birkhman and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the fund recovery process. This includes, but is not limited to, transaction details, communication records, and any other information related to the engagement.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition outlined in the Fund Recovery Services Agreement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Birkhman will use its best efforts to recover lost funds; however, we cannot guarantee success in every case. The client acknowledges that fund recovery outcomes may vary, and Birkhman will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances or unsuccessful recovery attempts.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

9. AMENDMENTS

Birkhman reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review the terms for any changes.
